Priceless! Chase's inspection was a critical part of our home buying experience. His report was more thorough than I could have ever have hoped for! The verbiage and pictures with arrows and circle (for spotting specific issues with the home) gave us everything we needed to work with the sellers in getting the home ready for us. We are SO grateful, and very impressed! This is the second time I have worked with Chase and I would not even consider using anyone else for a home inspection. First of all, Chase is extremely kind, caring, professional and very well spoken. He responded to us immediately- to ever text, call and email (and there were many). These are traits I value and don't easily find, unfortunately, these days. Pricing was more than fair; it is obvious that Chase is more interested in doing a good job than he is in the money. Do not hesitate to hire this man. I am telling you...you will not be disappointed!
